ASU Global Medical Brigades - Traveling Member Application
Before filling our a traveling membership application, please review the ASU Global Medical Brigades Membership Requirements for 2012-2013:
1. Participation: 3 tabling events, 2 community service events, and 1 fundraising event per semester.
2. Attendance: attend all meetings unless prior notice of absence due to a school, work, or family commitment.
3. Donations: $50 in cash & $150 in medical donations
4. Dues: $50 membership dues
5. Recruitment: Attempt to recruit 1 health care professional. Member can prove by cc of email or physical copy of email/letter
6. Donations: 1 donation for each Cue Club fundraising event
